0:03 So the Ministry of Justice is a central government department, which has over
0:07 94,000 staff working across multiple agencies like courts, prisons, probation services. Our
0:14 mission is to provide simpler, faster, and better services to all of our users.
0:20 The pain points we needed to solve is lack of visibility and identifying the
0:25 end-to-end user experience as well as long fault resolution times.
0:29 So the improvements we have seen as a result is vastly reduced time to resolve the faults
0:35 and issues and in some cases even the ability to prevent before they occur. For example,
0:41 a bad cable is clearly visible on the Mist portal even before the users report an issue
0:47 so we proactively go in and remediate them. And this doesnít need a large
0:53 technical ability to do that because the Mist portal enables operations managers
0:57 to look into that and raise tickets where needed or action them through the portal.
1:03 So the benefits of AI and specifically using the Mist cloud manage access is we donít need
1:09 engineers to go through the logs to understand whatís going on. The AI part will do it for us.
1:16 Everything we do within Justice Digital is all about providing that rich user experience.
