Skeptical about AI?
Hear what the experts have to say about the effects of AI on the IT industry and those who are using it.
As a consistent leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ and a company that uses its own AI and ML technology, Juniper Networks understands concerns over the role AI will play in networking. We have found that openly discussing and demonstrating how AI enables us to make data-driven decisions builds the confidence that our customers have come to appreciate.
Simply put, AI lets us isolate and eliminate networking problems before users realize they exist. It empowers IT professionals to determine networking faults, based on historical and real-time data, and manage the network more fluidly.
Learn how AI is changing the world of IT and networking, how it will impact you, and how you can take advantage of the market transition.
Growth vs. Regulation – How Should You Approach AI?
Enterprises are further along adopting artificial intelligence to simplify operations through advanced, human-like function. But without proper policy, governance and structure in place, do they risk creating a monster?
For the second year in a row, Juniper Networks surveyed 700 people across different titles and industries to gauge sentiment and adoption levels of artificial intelligence (AI) in their organizations.
While 63% of companies surveyed in our 2022 report say they are at least most of the way to their planned AI adoption goals, only 9% surveyed currently consider the governance and policy around their organization’s deployments “fully mature.”
Is AI going to take my job?
Everyone is scared of AI—even Elon Musk! But you don’t have to be. Rather than taking over your job, AI will actually make you better at it. AI excels at automating repetitive, mundane tasks and helps delegate troubleshooting, guesswork, and menial tasks. AI frees IT teams to focus on initiatives that move their businesses forward and spend less time on why Wi-Fi keeps crashing in the satellite office.
Hear what IT professionals say about delegating day-to-day tasks to AI. Do they fear AI or are they embracing it?

Juniper a leader once again in Gartner® Magic Quadrant™
Just off the heels of our AI-Native Networking launch — and for the fourth time in a row — Juniper Networks is named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure. And for the third time in a row, Juniper Mist is positioned farthest in “Completeness of Vision” and highest in “Ability to Execute.” We are also the only vendor positioned as a Leader in both valued reports: the 2024 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Wired and Wireless Infrastructure and the 2024 Magic Quadrant for Indoor Location Services, where we’ve also been recognized as a Leader for three consecutive years. We’re starting to see a pattern here.
