Reliable, automated operations
Shaare Zedek Medical Center moved from a legacy Layer 2 data center architecture to a modern EVPN/VXLAN IP fabric, automated through Apstra. Juniper QFX5120 Switches serve as the data center core, delivering 100-Gbps of capacity to support clinical and administrative applications as well as massive research data sets.
The hospital operates around the clock and the data center cannot be shut down for maintenance or upgrades. The IT team used Juniper Apstra intent-based networking software to automate and validate the network design and deployment.
As requirements evolve, IT can use Apstra to implement network changes faster and with change control and validation.
